Oktoberfest 2022 launched on Sunday 18th September with a “Deutsche Dozen” of terrific Teutonic tipples. 

You probably know the score but just in case please pick up your Oktoberfest Passport from the bar and collect a stamp for every Festival Beer you have. Once your Passport is fully stamped you can claim your beer glass and you will also be entered into the Grand Prize draw for a wonderful WD Chilly Bottle to keep hot things hot and cold things cold!!

The “Deutsche Dozen” of absolutely glorious German brews has now been confirmed as follows:

• Giesinger Erhellung 500ml 5.3% – probably one of Germanys favourite beers.
• Hacker Pschorr Animator 500ml 8.1% – a dopplebock extra strong dark lager.
• Paulaner Oktoberfest 500ml 6.0% – A glass full of Autumn sunshine.
• Lowenbrau Oktoberfest 500ml 6.1% – special Oktoberfest brew, light crisp and golden.
• Tegernsee Export Dunkel 500ml 5.0% – a light brown very distinctive dark lager.
• Schneider Aventinus Eisbock 330ml 12.0% – a strong rich dark wheat beer.
• LowenbrauTriumphator 509ml 7.6% – a deep red-brown spicy aromatic brew.
• Kostritzer Schwarzbier 330ml 4.8% – A multi faceted dark beer.
• Kloster Weissenohe Bonator 500ml 8.0% – Clear mahogany with a light biege head.
• Hopf Weisse Hell 500ml 5.5% – an unusual clear Weisse beer.
• Berliner Kindl Weisse 330 ml 3.0% – a bite from an apple that’s been in the freezer.
• Andechs Bergbock Hell 500ml 6.9% – a premium quality strong lager.
