Last Monday we welcomed Jordan and Gemma from the utterly unique UnBarred Brewery in Brighton who brought with them seven sensational brews.

Seldom have we had such wide range of beer styles at a Meet the Brewer event. We started off with a pint of the sensationally smashable Joosy a 5.1% pale and then went through the gears with the lagered Kolsh 2.9%, the uber refreshing Raspberry Berlinerweisse 3.9%, and the beautiful Belgian Dark Strong 9%.

After a lovely light supper we resumed the serious side of the night with Skelter, a Cold IPA (Gluten Free!) 5.5%, followed by No Coast a cracking IPA 5.8% and then finishing off with Bueno Shake a rich Milk Stout 6.2%.

You see… it was a really remarkable range of flavours and styles and a tremendous testament to the skill and talents of Jordan as Head Brewer and all of the UnBarred team.

And next up on Monday 13th October we have even more great beer lined up at our first INTERNATIONAL Meet the Brewer event with Brausyndikat.

Since 2015 Brausyndikat have been brewing brilliant beer in Zurich, Switzerland by hand and in small quantities to create brews of superb character and taste by only using natural ingredients and no additives.

There will be the usual lively banter, beery learnings and a bit of nosebag. Spaces are strictly limited as ever so please book you tickets EARLY!! Usual format, gather from 7:30 pm for an 8 pm start. Tickets will be £20.
